1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the okayplay platform, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Each player is permitted to hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. The okayplay brand name, logo, and associated marks are protected trademarks and may not be used in any context without explicit written authorisation. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okayplay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from technical failures, data loss, unauthorised account access, or reliance on information provided on the platform. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or telecommunications networks that may affect your experience. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
